No premium account required for Youtube publish on xtranormal.com. Premium account do have a high-quality download option (m4v/avi), but it’s pretty easy to grab the FLV from a View Source. QucikTime Pro (~30$) with the Perian plug-in will turn the FLV into whatever you like easily enough too! FFMPEGX on the Mac is free and also does the job. There’s prolly a Windows comparable.
